e& Egypt is showcasing its integrated financial technology and digital services ecosystem at Cairo ICT 2026, highlighting the growth and expansion of its digital wallet, financing, and payment services. The company’s integrated offering aims to expand access to financial services for individuals, merchants, and businesses while supporting financial inclusion and accelerating the transition toward a less cash-dependent economy.
The ecosystem reflects e& Egypt’s evolution beyond traditional telecommunications services into an integrated provider of interconnected financial and digital solutions, bringing together etisalat Money, financing solutions from Erada Finance, payment services through SuperPay, and the My etisalat application to address the diverse needs of customers and business partners in the Egyptian market.
Expanding Digital Wallet, Financing, and Payment Services
The etisalat Money wallet continues to strengthen its position as the fastest-growing digital wallet in the Egyptian market during 2026, offering solutions that simplify everyday financial transactions.
In the financing sector, Erada Finance has expanded its operations over the past four years, moving from microfinance into financing for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), in addition to providing Islamic financing solutions. This reflects the growing scope of financial services within the company’s ecosystem.
In digital payments, SuperPay operates a network of more than 55,000 electronic payment terminals across Egypt, supporting payments through e& Egypt stores and electronic payment gateways. This extensive network enhances the accessibility and reach of digital payment solutions for merchants and customers.
On the digital services front, the My etisalat application is celebrating its 10th anniversary. More than half of the company’s customer base now uses its digital services to manage accounts and complete various transactions, including bill payments, mobile recharges, and access to a wide range of services through the application.
Eng. Ahmed Yehia, CEO of Fintech and Digital Services at e& Egypt, said: “Our participation in Cairo ICT 2026 reflects our vision for the future of financial and digital services in Egypt. We are working to develop an interconnected ecosystem that brings together financial technology, payments, and digital solutions, making services more accessible and convenient for customers. Through this ecosystem, we continue to support the country’s efforts to promote financial inclusion, accelerate digital transformation, and contribute to building a less cash-dependent economy.”
He added: “The growth achieved across our services, whether through the position reached by etisalat Money, the expansion of the SuperPay network, or the adoption of digital services by more than half of our customers through the My etisalat application, reflects the progress we have made in developing an integrated model that goes beyond traditional telecommunications services. We will continue investing in the development of these solutions and strengthening our partnerships with institutions and brands to deliver services and benefits that create real value for our customers and partners.”
Enhancing Loyalty Programs and Digital Customer Experiences
e& Egypt is also continuing to develop its loyalty program and integrate it into the My etisalat application, enabling customers to redeem their points and benefit from exclusive offers and privileges through an extensive network of partners and brands.
The ecosystem also extends to the company’s banking and corporate partners through loyalty and rewards solutions that leverage its commercial partnerships network, further strengthening the integration of its financial and digital services.
This integrated ecosystem builds on e& Egypt’s established presence in the Egyptian market, supported by its extensive network, large customer base, and accumulated expertise in providing telecommunications and technology services to individuals and businesses.
The company also continues to develop its infrastructure, including its participation in launching 5G services in Egypt, strengthening its ability to meet growing demand for connectivity and data services while enabling more advanced digital applications.
Together, these capabilities provide a strong foundation for e& Egypt’s expansion in financial technology and its efforts to connect telecommunications services with customers’ everyday financial needs. By integrating digital wallets, financing, and payments within one ecosystem, the company aims to expand access to financial and digital services for individuals, merchants, and businesses, while contributing to financial inclusion and the digital transformation of Egypt’s economy.
