Seha Group announced strategic initiatives in skills development and the digital transformation of medical insurance at its inaugural annual event, held at Creativa Innovation Hub at Sultan Hussein Palace in Cairo. The event brought together 250 industry leaders, decision-makers, CEOs, and major players in the medical insurance and educational fields.
The event marked the signing of a strategic partnership between SehaTech and Chubb Life Egypt to digitize its group insurance solutions, alongside the launch of SehaAcademy in collaboration with the British University in Egypt (BUE) and an agreement with GREA UK to manage the academy. SehaOne also unveiled InsureHub and AiDa, an AI-powered assistant, expanding its digital solutions for insurance companies. Together, these initiatives underscore Seha Group’s commitment to developing specialized talent and advancing digital transformation, and strengthening collaboration across the sector.

Strategic Partnership Between SehaTech and Chubb Life
Under the strategic partnership, SehaTech will digitize the operations and business activities of Chubb Life Egypt across medical and life insurance through integrated technology solutions that support various stages of its operations. These include managing operations, insurance groups and beneficiaries, as well as invoicing and reporting, helping improve operational integration and efficiency.

Launching SehaAcademy to Develop Specialized Talent
SehaAcademy was launched as part of the collaboration between Seha Group and the British University in Egypt to develop professional capabilities in medical insurance and healthcare management. Under the agreement signed with Seha Group, GREA UK will manage the academy.
The academy aims to strengthen specialized knowledge across the health and life insurance sectors through training programs designed to enhance the skills of existing professionals and prepare a new generation of qualified talent to meet market needs.

SehaOne Expands Its Digital Medical Insurance Solutions
As part of its efforts to enhance the digital services available to insurance companies, SehaOne announced the launch of InsureHub and AiDa, an AI-powered assistant that enables insurance companies to provide digital support to visitors of their websites and respond to their inquiries. The solution aims to improve the user experience and make insurance information more accessible.
