Misr Life Insurance and Al Ahly SC Sign Strategic Partnership to Enhance Insurance Protection, Financial Inclusion and Community Engagement

Misr Life Insurance Company and Al Ahly SC have signed a strategic partnership agreement spanning four seasons, covering co-marketing, a partnership with the Al Ahly Community Development Foundation, and sponsorship of the club’s TV channel.

The partnership was announced at a joint press conference attended by Mr. Moustafa El Kamash, Executive Managing Director of Misr Life Insurance Company, and Captain Mahmoud El Khatib, Chairman of Al Ahly SC, along with senior officials from both sides and Al Ahly players.

Mr. Moustafa El Kamash, Executive Managing Director of Misr Life Insurance Company, said: “Our partnership with Al Ahly creates an opportunity to bring together the non-bank financial sector and the sports sector, represented by Al Ahly. Al Ahly holds a leading position in this field, while Misr Life Insurance has a well-established position among insurers operating in Egypt. This enables both parties to leverage the partnership for mutual benefit.”

Captain Mahmoud El Khatib, Chairman of Al Ahly SC, emphasized the club’s commitment to building strategic partnerships with national institutions whose vision aligns with Al Ahly’s philosophy and approach to delivering lasting services to its members, players and staff. He noted that such partnerships are a cornerstone for strengthening the services offered to the Al Ahly family. They also build on the successes achieved over years of fruitful cooperation between the two sides, supporting continued development and success in the next phase.

The agreement gives Misr Life Insurance the right to offer insurance solutions to Al Ahly members, players and staff. It also provides insurance coverage for athletes across the club’s various sports and for club staff throughout the contract term. To reach these groups directly, the company will be able to use the club’s digital platforms.

The agreement also gives the company a presence at the club’s four branches in Gezira, Nasr City, New Cairo and Sheikh Zayed, with a service point at each. This presence is supported by engagement areas, such as match-viewing zones, along with introductory and promotional activities. The partnership also includes many other areas of cooperation, with Misr Life Insurance serving as a strategic partner to Al Ahly and its affiliated institutions.
