HUAWEI is expanding its presence in Egypt with the opening of a new HUAWEI Experience Store at Dandy Mega Mall, giving customers the opportunity to explore its latest devices firsthand and benefit from exclusive launch offers and flexible payment options.
The new store brings together a range of HUAWEI products, including the HUAWEI nova 16s Series, HUAWEI MatePad tablets, HUAWEI Watch Fit 5 and HUAWEI Watch GT 6 smartwatches, as well as the HUAWEI FreeBuds 7i and HUAWEI FreeBuds SE 2 wireless earbuds. Visitors can experience the devices in an interactive retail environment designed to bring the brand’s latest technologies closer to consumers.
Exclusive launch discounts on HUAWEI devices
To celebrate the opening, HUAWEI is offering special deals at the store starting October 22. Customers can benefit from a one-month discount on the HUAWEI nova 16s Series, with instalment plans of up to 24 months.
The offers also include the HUAWEI FreeBuds 7i for EGP 3,998, down from EGP 4,299, and the HUAWEI FreeBuds SE 2 for EGP 1,394 instead of EGP 1,499.
In the tablet category, the HUAWEI MatePad 12 X is available for EGP 32,549, compared with its original price of EGP 34,999, while the PaperMatte edition is offered at EGP 36,269 instead of EGP 38,999.
The HUAWEI MatePad 11.5 is priced at EGP 26,597, down from EGP 28,599, while its PaperMatte edition is available for EGP 30,317 instead of EGP 32,599.
Special prices on smartwatches and flexible payment options
The launch promotions extend to HUAWEI’s smartwatch lineup. The HUAWEI Watch Fit 5 is available for EGP 8,369 instead of EGP 8,999, while the HUAWEI Watch Fit 5 Pro is priced at EGP 13,019, down from EGP 13,999.
Customers can also purchase the HUAWEI Watch GT 6 Gold for EGP 14,879 instead of EGP 15,999, the HUAWEI Watch GT 6 Pro Black for EGP 17,669 instead of EGP 18,999, and the HUAWEI Watch GT 6 Titanium for EGP 25,109, compared with its original price of EGP 26,999.
To make shopping more accessible, HUAWEI is offering instalment plans of up to 18 months through Souhoola, with no interest, no down payment and no administrative fees. This offer is valid during the store’s opening days.
Expanding HUAWEI’s retail presence across Egypt
The opening ceremony featured live musical performances and festive activities, including the distribution of balloons, flowers and gifts to customers. A special gift was also presented to the first purchaser before the ribbon-cutting ceremony officially marked the store’s opening, attended by representatives of HUAWEI and MAS.
The new Dandy Mall location joins HUAWEI’s existing network of experience stores in Egypt, including branches at Citystars Mall, Mall of Arabia, Banha Nile View and City Centre Almaza. The expansion reflects the company’s continued efforts to bring its products and direct retail services closer to customers across key locations.
Alongside its retail expansion, HUAWEI continues to provide after-sales support through its monthly HUAWEI Service Day initiative. The service takes place on Sundays, Mondays and Tuesdays during the first week of each month, offering customers professional support, maintenance and repair services for eligible HUAWEI devices.
The initiative includes a 100% discount on installation fees for repair services, as well as free mail-in shipping for device collection and return. The service covers mobile phones, wearables, tablets and audio devices.
