Carerha, a platform specializing in career development and preparing individuals for the job market, has announced the signing of a cooperation agreement with O West, an integrated city developed by Orascom Development Egypt in West Cairo, to host the Carerha Summit 2026, which celebrates its fifth anniversary this year.
The strategic partnership aligns with the shared vision and objectives of both parties. It reinforces O West’s commitment to offering an integrated urban living model that extends beyond urban development to foster a vibrant community that brings together creativity and innovation while supporting a thriving business environment. This complements Carerha’s strategy of providing an interactive environment that creates opportunities for learning, knowledge exchange, and networking, helping individuals and young professionals keep pace with the rapidly evolving job market while exploring new horizons for career development and entrepreneurship.
The agreement was signed by Eng. Hazem Helal, CEO of Orascom Development Egypt, and Jessy Radwan, Founder and CEO of Carerha, in the presence of senior executives and representatives from both companies.
Under the agreement, O West will host the summit on November 21, 2026. The event will bring together a distinguished group of specialists and experts from various fields to discuss the future of work and the skills required to navigate its evolving landscape, while facilitating knowledge exchange and exploring opportunities for collaboration and inclusive growth.
This year’s edition will take place under the theme “FOBO – Fear of Becoming Obsolete,” highlighting the importance of continuous skills development amid the rapid changes shaping the business world. The summit’s agenda will feature a series of panel discussions and interactive activities, alongside dedicated spaces, including the “Practical Skills Lab,” “Mental and Professional Renewal Sessions,” and the “Entrepreneurs and Creatives Incubator.” These initiatives will enable participants to explore new ideas, develop their capabilities, and connect with experts and professionals from across various sectors.
Commenting on the partnership, Jessy Radwan, Founder and CEO of Carerha, said: “Over the past five years, we have been committed to creating a space through the Carerha Summit that brings together experienced professionals, talented individuals, and entrepreneurs to exchange knowledge and discuss the transformations shaping the job market. This year, we continue to focus on the importance of skills development and future readiness, particularly amid rapid changes that require individuals to keep learning and adapting. Our partnership with O West represents an important strategic step toward advancing this vision, expanding opportunities for networking and learning, and exploring new avenues for growth and innovation.”
For his part, Eng. Hazem Helal, CEO of Orascom Development Egypt, said: “We believe that building an integrated city goes beyond developing buildings and facilities to creating a vibrant community that brings together quality of life, opportunities for learning and connection, and the ability to achieve ambitions. In this context, our partnership with Carerha and hosting the 2026 edition of the summit at O West reflect this vision by supporting women’s empowerment and entrepreneurship and providing a space where talent and expertise come together to exchange knowledge, develop skills, and explore new opportunities for growth. We look forward to this partnership helping turn ideas and ambitions into practical steps and projects that contribute to community development.”
Since its launch in 2022, the Carerha Summit has continued to provide a platform for dialogue and knowledge exchange on the future of work and the trends shaping career paths. The 2026 edition builds on this journey, celebrating five years since the summit’s launch while continuing its efforts to empower professionals and provide opportunities for learning and strategic career development.
