K Developments has sold around 90% of the first phase of its PAUSE North Coast project, which is being developed with investments of up to EGP 20bn in the North Coast. The company attributed the strong sales performance to the project’s planning and design, as well as its pricing and payment plans.
Ahmed El-Fayoumy, CEO of K Developments, said that the launch of the first phase was based on an integrated master plan and a distinctive concept aimed at offering a coastal experience that goes beyond owning a holiday home to provide a comprehensive lifestyle.
El-Fayoumy added that the project combines the tranquility of traditional coast with the vibrancy of modern coastal destinations, alongside competitive prices and flexible payment plans that supported customers’ purchasing decisions and contributed to the current sales rates.
He explained that the coming period will see the announcement of a number of major contracts and strategic partnerships related to the project, alongside the company’s continued plans to provide integrated services and experiences at PAUSE North Coast.
He noted that the company is targeting partnerships with a range of service providers next year to enhance the project’s value proposition and reinforce its positioning as an integrated destination on the North Coast.
Ahmed El-Fayoumy disclosed that PAUSE North Coast spans a total area of 250 feddans and enjoys a strategic location between kilometers 86 and 88 of the Alexandria–Marsa Matrouh Desert Road.
The project is around five minutes from Zahran, eight minutes from the new yacht marina and 10 minutes from New Alamein City. It is also easily accessible via the new Fouka Road, Wadi El Natrun Road and Alamein International Airport.
He further pointed out that the project’s concept is built around the philosophy of “Between Nostalgia & Noise,” reflecting K Developments’ approach to creating a coastal experience that combines the quiet and authentic character of the North Coast with the modern activities and experiences that have become an integral part of the lifestyle at contemporary coastal destinations. This gives customers greater flexibility to choose the type of experience that best suits them within the project.
The CEO of K Developments said the project follows a low-density development approach, with a built-up area of no more than 9.5% of the total land area. More than 90% of the project is dedicated to lagoons, water features, landscaping, amenities and services, in line with its master plan and designed to maximize open spaces for residents and visitors.
El-Fayoumy concluded that the company is preparing to announce new partnerships in the coming period, ahead of the launch of the project’s second phase, as part of its ongoing efforts to expand the range of offerings and services available at PAUSE North Coast.
