BEEAH, the region’s sustainability and innovation pioneer, has launched the third edition of its Future Leadership Program, welcoming a new cohort of 22 high-potential professionals to a 10-month intensive learning journey designed to prepare them for leadership in a rapidly evolving world.
The new cohort brings together 22 mid-level executives, including nine from within BEEAH and 13 from external entities, with external participants accounting for nearly 60% of the cohort. The external participants represent industries such as aviation, logistics, technology and innovation, tourism, and finance, fostering cross-sector collaboration and knowledge exchange while bringing diverse perspectives on leadership and decision-making to this year’s edition. The program’s increasingly diverse pool of professionals reflects its commitment to developing emerging leaders and supporting sustainable economic growth across the UAE.
Speaking at the launch event, Khaled Al Huraimel, Group CEO and Vice Chairman of BEEAH, said: “At BEEAH, we have always believed that the strength of an organization lies in the resilience of its leaders. This year’s cohort, comprising participants from BEEAH as well as from our partners, will further strengthen a network of executives driving long-term business success and sustainable economic growth in Sharjah and beyond.”
Developed in collaboration with Emeritus, the 10-month program features a rigorous curriculum spanning 10 modules. Participants will build capabilities across critical business and management domains, ranging from strategic execution and financial literacy to design thinking and emerging technologies. For the first time, the program will complement classroom learning with one-on-one coaching sessions, providing executives with a personalized development experience tailored to their needs and goals. Reflecting the growing importance of AI, dedicated industry site visits will also showcase how leading UAE entities are leveraging digital transformation to create future-ready workplaces.

The third cohort of the Future Leadership Program are set to benefit from a highly blended learning journey. In addition to opportunities for individual growth and in-person learning, the program offers self-paced online certificate courses accredited by leading global academic institutions, including Columbia Business School, MIT Sloan School of Management, and Tuck Executive Education at Dartmouth. Learnings will culminate in a final capstone project, challenging participants to address real-world organizational obstacles through practical application.
Leadership from BEEAH and participating organizations, as well members of the new cohort, came together for a launch event at BEEAH Headquarters to mark the beginning of the 10-month executive development journey. With its diversified cohort model, the Future Leadership Program reinforces BEEAH’s commitment to developing talent while creating new opportunities for collaboration between organizations working to shape the UAE’s knowledge-based economy and contribute to its 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development.
